User Agreement

We, Mountains of Groceries, LLC agree that everything presented here (or, on this site) is true. We agree to deliver all items ordered to your place of residence prior to your arrival. We will purchase only the items ordered, as long as they meet our satisfaction standards. We reserve the right to not deliver an item ordered if it is unavailable or unsatisfactory. If we have accidentally purchased an unordered item, we guarantee your money back, or the product replaced to one that meets your approval. We will not be held responsible for any items delivered that cause any type of allergies, sickness or death, as we are not the manufacturer of said item. We only agree to purchase what is on your order form and deliver it, and we will do everything in our power to choose the best in quality of products. All personal information will be kept confidential. We accept only credit cards for our service, to be processed under the security of Authorize.net. After your groceries are delivered, the total cost of the groceries, as well as the fees for our service, will be charged to your credit card. All fees ($40 for the service and 20% of the total grocery bill) are non-negotiable and must be paid immediately. Mountains of Groceries, LLC reserves the right to charge an additional fee, upon verbal or written consent of the customer, for all services performed above and beyond what we have presented here. Mountains of Groceries, LLC trusts the Identification card or Driver's License faxed for proof of age for all alcohol purchases matches the name on the order, and that the individual is indeed over 21 years old.
